About the Company :
Jammu And Kashmir Energy Development Agency was set up in the year 1989 under the department of science & technology in Jammu and Kashmir. It promotes renewable energy projects like bio- gas development, solar thermal, solar photo voltaic,mini/micro Hydel, Remote village electrification and biomass gasifiers.
In April 2018, the agency has set up a 83 KW Rooftop Solar Power Plant has been installed on the roof tops of buildings in Raj Bhavan Jammu . It was set up in a period of 7 days.
