Jakson Biofuels Pvt Ltd started operations in the year 2013 with the name Konark Heightech Pvt Ltd. and the name has been changed to Ethan Natural Bio- Fuel Private Limited in April 2023 and further changed to Jakson Biofuels Private Limited in 27 August 2024. The company is currently setting up a grain-based distillery in Balaghat district of Madhya Pradesh for fuel grade ethanol and its by-products having capacity of 150 KLPD along with the co-generation plant of 4 MW capacity. The project is funded by debt of ~Rs. 182.0 crore and equity of ~Rs. 35.16 crore.
